Our Leadership Team

  • Dr. Michael Albert

    Co-Founder & Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Albert is a board-certified Internal Medicine specialist and a leading expert in Obesity Medicine. He established the Medical Weight Loss Program at Cedars-Sinai. Dr. Albert is also a co-host of the Impossible Healthcare podcast and a prominent educator on obesity and healthy weight loss. He holds an MD from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

  • Stephanie Garcia, RD

    Head of Nutrition

    Stephanie is certified in Obesity in Adults and Pediatrics, with an expertise in evidence-based bariatric nutrition, clinical nutrition and weight management. She worked in ICU settings across Southern California, ultimately serving as Head Bariatric Dietitian at Cedars-Sinai Hospital, where she specialized in complex conditions. Stephanie holds a BS and MS in Nutritional Science.

  • Andrew Olanow

    Chief Executive Officer

    Andrew is a seasoned healthcare entrepreneur and investor, having co-founded and led Sollis Health (concierge urgent & emergency care) and invested for >10 years at Generation IM, Morgan Stanley & Merrill Lynch. A diligent advocate for improvements in the industry, he has advised many health systems on enhanced delivery models. Andrew holds an MBA from LBS and a BA from Columbia.

  • Tina Robilotto

    Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

    Tina brings over two decades of clinical operations experience Accomplish Heath. She has held leadership roles at Planned Parenthood, Phosphorous (genomic startup), and top-tier healthcare institutions Columbia University and Johns Hopkins. Tina holds a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.

  • Dr. Joel V. Brill

    Co-Founder / Medical Advisor

    Dr. Brill is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, with 30+ years of leadership in data-driven health organizations. He authored the AGA's obesity care guidelines and teaches at Columbia Medical School. In management roles and advisory board positions, he's authored 190+ CPT codes, contributes to multiple CMS committees, and chairs United Health's gastroenterology scientific advisory board.

  • Dr. John Morton

    Medical Advisor

    Dr. Morton is Professor in the Department of Surgery at Yale, Vice-Chair for Quality, Service Line Director for Digestive Health, Division Chief for Bariatric & Minimally Invasive Surgery, and Medical Director for Surgical Quality & Bariatric Services in the Yale Health System. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Obesity Medicine, and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Gastroenterological Association. He was elected President of ASMBS (American Society of Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery) and has received the prestigious ASMBS Foundation Award for Outstanding Achievement.

  • Vijay Nagappan

    Investor / Advisor

    Vijay is a partner at MHS Capital, where he works with entrepreneurs building disruptive technology companies, with a focus on enterprise software, industry-specific vertical software and tech-enabled healthcare services. Vijay has helped to build and scale multiple healthcare and technology businesses, serving as a trusted advisor to the founders and executive teams with whom he partners.

  • Aniq Rahman

    Investor / Advisor

    Aniq is the Founder & CEO of healthcare technology company Florence Health and a partner at venture capital firm Vast Ventures, and he thus has unique insights into the intersection of healthcare and venture. A serial entrepreneur, Aniq left Cornell University early to grow and sell his first company, before then becoming CEO at Instinctiv (acquired by SoundCloud) and later President of Moat (acquired by Oracle).
